Homeschool Clubhouse Admissions Information:
Before registering with us, keep the following in mind:
This form is for participants in the 2026-2027 Academic Year at Homeschool Clubhouse.
The registration fee is $50 per student. Class fees for the year are $200/student, which can be paid in two payments of $100 per student on or before July 20th and November 20th.
You must fill out one form per family.
Our classes are designed for students aged 5-18.
All students must have a responsible adult participating and contributing to the co-op in order to participate, with the exception of teens who drive themselves to co-op.
Class sizes are limited, so registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

What happens next?
After your application is approved, you will be contacted by an administrator with your next steps. You will also receive an invitation to join the private Facebook group where we post important co-op information.
Fees must be paid before your child(ren) are placed in any classes. Many classes fill up fast, so don't hesitate to act quickly.
